TENDER FOR PROVISION & INSTALLATION OF SOLAR AT REHABILITATED WATER POINTS IN WAJIR AND GARISSA COUNTIES
Save the Children is seeking to install sofar power system at water points in Garissa and Wajir Counties. We are inviting qualified and eligible contractors to submit their applications in response to the Bill of Quantities for the works
Essential Requirements:
a. Valid Tax Compliance Certificate
b. CR12 for companies
c. Company registration certificate
d. National Construction Authority (NCA-7) certification for Electrical works
e. Energy Regulatory Authority/EPRA Certification
Manufacturers authorization of the different equipment (especially the Solar Panels) - attach ISO Certification.
g. Mandatory pre-tender site visit confirmation
h. Must provide 5% (of the tender value) bid security in form of Bank Guarantee and confirmation of ability to place 10% Performance Guarantee from a reputable bank in Kenya.
How to obtain bidding documents.
Interested contractors should request for the tender documents by sending an email to Kenya logisticsbidding@savethechildren.org with the email subject as ITT/BHA/2023 ONLY. The tender documents will be obtained at no cost.
